REPORT & COMPLAINTS
Last updated: August 25, 2026
LiveInVibe (the "Service," "we," "us") is committed to giving users a safe, high-quality experience. This Policy explains how to submit a report or complaint, how we handle it, and what timelines you can expect.
1. Why this Policy exists
We treat every complaint as a chance to make the Service better and safer. Our goal is that:
- reporting is simple and easy to understand;
- every complaint is reviewed fairly, objectively, and on its own merits;
- your personal data is only used to the extent needed to resolve your issue;
- decisions take your specific situation into account rather than following a rigid template.
2. What you can report
You can contact us if:
- you've encountered content or behavior that violates LiveInVibe's Community Guidelines or applicable law (harassment, threats, nudity, suspected underage user, fraud, etc.);
- you're unhappy with the quality of service you received;
- you want to appeal a moderation decision we made.
3. How to submit a report
You may submit a complaint by emailing [email protected].
4. Information that helps us
To resolve things faster, please include where possible:
- your contact details;
- a description of the issue;
- the date, time, and (if possible) the conversation or user ID involved;
- whether you've already tried to resolve it, and how;
- any screenshots or supporting material.
5. How we handle and store your report
We log the content of the report, the date received, actions taken, and the outcome. We process the personal data contained in your report for the purpose of investigating and resolving your complaint and complying with our legal obligations. We may share such information with our service providers or competent authorities where necessary for these purposes or where required by law. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used to spot recurring issues and improve the Service.
We review each report as diligently and promptly as reasonably possible, taking into account the nature and complexity of the issue. We will keep you updated on the progress and final outcome in writing (by email).
6. Appeal
We aim to review complaints within 10 business days of receipt. Where additional time is required, we will notify you. If you believe we made an error, you may submit additional information or evidence for further review.
You may also contact your local consumer protection authority or any other competent authority available under applicable law.
7. Contact
