When you join LiveInVibe, you become part of a global community. To keep this space safe and enjoyable, we expect all members to follow these principles:

1.1 Respect and Courtesy
  • Treat everyone you meet on LiveInVibe with kindness and dignity.
  • Avoid offensive language, slurs, insults, or discriminatory remarks.
  • Never harass, intimidate, stalk, or pressure other users into unwanted interactions.
1.2 Lawful and Responsible Use
  • Use LiveInVibe only for legitimate, personal communication.
  • Follow all applicable local, national, and international laws.
  • Do not use the platform to buy, sell, or promote illegal goods or services.
1.3 Honesty and Integrity
  • Be truthful about your identity and intentions.
  • Do not impersonate another person, including celebrities, influencers, or LiveInVibe staff.
  • Respect the intellectual property of others; share only content that you own or have permission to use.
1.4 Protecting Yourself and Others
  • Do not exchange private contact details (phone numbers, social media, emails).
  • Never encourage others to break these rules.
  • Avoid any actions that could harm, mislead, or exploit others.

2. Prohibited Content

2.1 Sexual and Adult Content

Strictly forbidden:

  • Nudity or partial nudity, including genitals, genital outlines, erections, or female nipples.
  • Any form of sexual activity, simulation of sexual acts, or sexually suggestive gestures.
  • Content that sexualizes minors in any way, including fictional, illustrated, or cartoon depictions.
  • Use of sex toys or fetish-related materials in a sexual context.
  • Fluids or other sexually explicit materials.
  • Requests for sexual services or content involving exploitation.
2.2 Harassment, Bullying, and Hate Speech

We do not tolerate:

  • Threats, intimidation, blackmail, or stalking.
  • Bullying, mocking, humiliating, or shaming others.
  • Hate speech, discriminatory remarks, or slurs based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
  • Sharing private or identifying information without consent (“doxxing”).
2.3 Violence, Self-Harm, and Dangerous Behavior

Prohibited at all times:

  • Graphic depictions of injury, death, or violence.
  • Encouraging self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
  • Cruelty or abuse of people or animals.
  • Dangerous challenges, stunts, or unsafe acts.
  • Display or promotion of weapons, explosives, or hazardous substances.
2.4 Illegal or Criminal Activity

Forbidden activities include:

  • Selling or promoting illegal goods or services.
  • Drug use, promotion, or trafficking.
  • Fraud, scams, or deceptive schemes.
  • Piracy, copyright violations, or sharing unlicensed materials.
  • Hacking, phishing, or spreading malicious software.
  • Promoting extremist or terrorist organizations.
2.5 Human Trafficking and Exploitation

LiveInVibe has zero tolerance for any form of trafficking, forced labor, sexual exploitation, or modern slavery.

  • Recruitment, facilitation, or glorification of trafficking is strictly prohibited.
  • Content that trivializes or normalizes exploitation will be removed.
  • We actively monitor and cooperate with partners and law enforcement to prevent such abuse.
2.6 Money Laundering and Fraud

The following are strictly forbidden:

  • Use of stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
  • Concealing the origin of funds or using tokens for unlawful purposes.
  • Fraudulent financial activity of any kind.

We employ KYC and anti-fraud monitoring systems to prevent such misuse.

2.7 Spam and Unsolicited Content

Not allowed:

  • Posting unrelated advertising, promotional material, or contests.
  • Sending harmful links, phishing attempts, or unapproved commercial content.

3. Protection of Minors and CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation)

3.1 Zero-Tolerance Policy

Any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material and Exploitation (CSAE) is strictly forbidden.
You must not:

  • Share, request, or distribute sexual or exploitative content involving minors.
  • Depict or sexualize minors in any context (real, fictional, or illustrated).
  • Share images or videos of minors in unsafe or suggestive contexts.
  • Solicit personal information from minors.
  • Encourage minors to bypass safety measures.
3.2 Detection and Enforcement
  • We use both automated tools and human moderators to identify and remove CSAE-related content.
  • Any such material will be immediately deleted, and the case will be escalated to law enforcement.
3.3 Mandatory Reporting

If you encounter CSAE-related content, you must report it immediately via:

3.4 Actions Taken

Upon receiving a CSAE report, LiveInVibe will:

  • Suspend or remove the reported content.
  • Temporarily or permanently disable the account responsible.
  • Preserve evidence securely and cooperate fully with law enforcement.

4. Moderation and Reporting

  • Violations can be reported through the website tools or by contacting [email protected].
  • All reports are carefully reviewed by trained moderators.
  • We use a mix of AI detection systems and human review to monitor harmful content.
  • We may remove content, suspend accounts, or take further measures if necessary.

5. Appeals

If you believe your account or content was restricted by mistake:

  • Our Moderation team will review your appeal fairly and provide a response.

6. Enforcement

Depending on the severity of the violation, enforcement measures may include:

  • Warnings.
  • Content removal.
  • Temporary feature restrictions.
  • Temporary or permanent account suspension.
  • Reporting to law enforcement, where required.

Serious or repeated violations may result in a permanent ban without prior warning.
